With the "social distancing" requirements due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you are still able to connect with our staff and keep progressing your treatments. Our staff are able to communicate through the virtual platform to help guide and teach clients the most important stretches, exercises and self-treatment techniques to increase mobility, reduce pain and maintain your progress. If you are a new client you can start begin session from the comfort of your own home.
During your session our staff will guide you through a full movement screens to determine what is causing pain or limitations. We will teach a customized in-home plan that clients can use to address what was discovered in the screen.
Our clients that have used the virtual platform have been amazed at the results that they are able to achieve at home. This gives us the tools to help clients that are concerned about going out at this time or physically cannot travel. Our online services are very effective and can save you travel time and alleviate any health concerns about going out to an office visit during this time. You will receive both an email invitation and invitation to connect by phone for your session. For your first session, we will contact you BY PHONE a few minutes prior to your Virtual session to discuss your connection, available equipment, and expectations for the session.

SPACE SET UP/EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- A quiet treatment environment
- A place to set your computer or phone that will allow us to view the entire body when standing and/or lying down
- Your clothing should be minimal and form fitting, no jackets or bulky sweater; wear shorts if we will be treating the lower extremity; sports bras for women if treating the upper extremity
- A hard surface for treatment area such as a firm bed or yoga mat for the floor & two pillows
- A chair
- A therapy ball (a tennis ball or lacrosse ball is a good substitute, or even a softball if treating lower extremity)
- Any Thera bands, hand weights or exercise equipment you have available
- -PRIOR TO THE SESSION, make sure your microphone and camera are enabled on the device you will be using.
